Locate the different parts of the Caudate Nucleus and the different parts of the Internal Capsule in different coronal sections.

Remember that the caudate nucleus moves caudally to form the caudate body then curves inferiorly and then rostrally to form the caudate tail. Keep this structure in mind as you navigate through these coronal sections.

The first coronal sections above are most rostral. The Caudate Head should be obvious. Use the up and down arrows to move caudally and rostrally, respectively. The two figures will change together, the rightmost figure serving as a control for the other to allow you to see under the highlighted color. As you move caudally, try to imagine the structure of the caudate.
