Figure 1 is a transverse cut through the caudal pons. The fibers of the tectospinal tract remain located along the median raphe, just anterior to the medial longitudinal fasciculus (MLF).
Figure 2 is a transverse cut through the pontomedullary junction. The tectospinal tract fibers remain located along the median raphe, anterior to the medial longitudinal fasciculus.
