1. Once I made an incorrect selection (under exercise mode), the "Incorrect" message permanently covers the image ...makes it hard to see. What do I do?
   If you click on the red button or the review tab, the text goes away.
   
   
2. Once a choice is selected (in exercise mode), I cannot select another question. Do I have to answer the question initially picked before I can try another one?
   Yes, you have to finish what you started, or you can switch to REVIEW and select any other button, and then go back to EXERCISE.
   
   
3. My computer session must have timed out. None of my work is showing on my dashboard. Did I lose everything?
   If you timed out, you need to log back in. You should only lose the last page you were on. From your dashboard, you should be able to see the next page that has no score credit.
   
   
4. I am looking at my dashboard and some of the lines say "No Credit". What does that mean?
   It means that there is only text and no activity to complete before going to the next page. To be able to move forward, you need to press the forward button on the bottom left side of that page.
